Derbyshire Caravan Storage

Caravan storage in the Derbyshire area is ripe with opportunities. A great number of CaSSOA-approved sites are available for caravan storage sites in Derbyshire. Ideal for campervan holidays and caravan storage Derbyshire is one of the UKs most beautiful natural locations. The highlights are listed below, and cover the Peak District and Central England region.

Romley Caravan Storage

Romley Caravan Storage is a family-owned and run storage site located near J30 on the M1. Having been in the caravan storage business since 1996 and today storing around 900 caravans, you’re in safe and experienced hands.

Romley offers 24/7 access, 365 days a year. This is controlled by your own secure key fob. Whilst your caravan is parked up here there is high quality CCTV covering the entire, floodlit, site. The perimeter is alarmed, the fence is electrocuted, and grass banking adds a further dimension of security.

Brookside Caravan Storage

Since opening in 2001 Brookside Caravan Storage have always been improving and refining their service. They take security very seriously, having been awarded CaSSOA’s Gold Award from 2001-2015; the site now operates 7 days a week but not 24 hours, this was considered unnecessary and the police advised against it, hence the downgrade.

Despite this Brookside offers large pitches, from 19 feet all the way to 30. They come with a hard surface and are designed with leisure vehicles in mind. Caravan storage Derbyshire area-wise, Brookside is located just off the A42, close to J23A on the M1, and for petrol heads, Donington Park is super close too.

Barn Farm Camping

Barn Farm Camping offer indoor storage space, all year round, for caravans and leisure vehicles. While many storage sites are simply utility places to leave things, Barn Farm Camping is, as the name suggests, a lovely campsite too.

Indoor caravan storage Derbyshire

There are limited spots available indoors and with an electrical hook up. So don’t bank on being able to show up at late notice here. However, for as little as £48 per month you can store your caravan safely behind the barn doors. An extra £17 will let you stay in the caravan over night too.

The campsite has amazing facilities, like a sauna and games room, and is very popular throughout the year. Not a standard storage facility but interesting nonetheless.

Peak Caravan Services

Peak Caravan Services have been looking after campervans and the like since 1994. They have a great reputation in the camping community, as well as being accredited Gold by the CaSSOA.

Peak Caravan Services pride themselves on attention to detail, when it comes to looking after their flock they ensure daily patrols are carried out to keep an eye on flat tires, dirt, security, and anything else that could crop up. For instance one year they found a cat left behind in a caravan.

In addition to the storage, there is the servicing. If you need repairs, a good clean, some polishing and charging, Peak are happy to look after this for you.

Owned by experienced carvanners, Peak Caravan Services have an intuitive knowledge and wealth of experience to draw upon. The site office stocks a wide range of parts and accessories for any last minute improvements prior to departure.
