As the title suggest, in the following post we will be specifically looking at caravan parks that are within walking distance from towns. When you’re going on holiday in a caravan, you’re free to explore the country and can visit some towns in England, Scotland and Wales that you wouldn’t ordinarily consider. Having a caravan within walking distance means you can use the site as your base and explore some great places. We’ll look at the walking distance to these towns and the kinds of things you can get up to there, including some great pubs and restaurants in those areas.

Even if you plan on spending most of your time relaxing in and around your chosen caravan site, it’s nice to know what’s out there beyond its perimeters. Especially as there are some truly beautiful and inspiring towns throughout the country.
