Bucklegrove Holiday Park

Bucklegrove is in Somerset at the heart of the historic kingdom of Wessex. There, you can stay at a caravan, lodge, cabin or pitch, with a wide range of luxurious extras included such as hot tubs, seasonal holiday homes, woodland cabins and touring and camping pitches. Facilities are also available, including an indoor swimming pool, a separate tool for toddlers, a games room, an outdoor play area that is perfect for keeping the children occupied, and a brand-new bar and grill restaurant called The Lodge.

Two heated swimming pools are located inside the Strawberry Fields at the caravan site. They are free to use during your stay, but everybody under the age of sixteen must be supervised by a parent as there are no lifeguards situated at the pools. The toddler and baby pool is 8ft by 10ft with a depth of 2ft 6 inches, and the main pool has the dimensions of 15ft x 32ft with a depth of 4ft 6 inches. Separate changing rooms and toilets are available for both ladies and gentlemen and the pool is opened from 9 in the morning to six in the evening.

Crow’s Nest Caravan Park

The Crow’s Nest Caravan Park is located between Scarborough and Filey and has a large variety of luxury caravans available for hire. If that is not for you and you would rather not pay out to rent out one of their own, you can bring your own caravan or tent. You will receive everything necessary to fully enjoy your stay due to the wide range of caravans so you know that you and your family will enjoy your short break or holiday. Fantastic views can be seen, with Scarborough’s South Bay and its spectacular castle giving you the perfect thing to wake up to every morning.

The heated swimming pool at Crow’s Nest offers enjoyment from children of all ages, as well as adults. During the high season, pool assistants are available if you need any assistance and the waterslide will provide endless enjoyment to the children. Unfortunately, this facility is the only option you need to pay for. A day pass costs £2 per person, and a week costs £10 per person per week. Children under four do swim free, however, and a pass will allow you unlimited access for however long that pass allows for.

A spa area is available as well, with a gym, a sauna, salon treatments, and an indoor swimming pool called the Aqua Serena Swimming Pool.

The Aqua Serena Swimming Pool mentioned is heated to a comforting 31 degrees and a depth of 1.4 meters, meaning confident swimmers and those who are not as strong when it comes to swimming can enjoy this swimming pool. As well as being heated to a comfortable temperature, the Aqua Serena Swimming Pool has a relaxed vibe with a Mediterranean-style atmosphere.

Pure Leisure

This park is well-suited to a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, walking, and outdoor sports, as well as having a wide range of indoor activities including working out at the state-of-the-art gym, swimming in the heated pool, or enjoying one of the three steam rooms available at the indoor leisure complex. Food and drink wise you have the Woodlands Edge, which works as a bar, a restaurant, a cafe, and a lounge.

The indoor park available at a wide range of these sites is full of attributes where no expense has been spared in giving you the best experience at the pool. Every day during your holiday you can go to the pool from nine in the morning to six in the evening, so you can use it for a morning swim, an afternoon with the children, you can use the pool, the sauna, the splash zone, and the jacuzzi, giving you an all-around great swimming experience with something for everybody.

High Moor Farm Park

At this Yorkshire park sited four miles away from Harrogate, you can enjoy a wide range of activities including eating meals at a first-class bar, playing golf at the nine-hole golf course, bowling and fishing all for just a small fee. As we said before, four miles away is the Harrogate, which has a wide range of things to do such as go to the cinema or the theatre, enjoy the gardens, shop at the shopping centre, or relax at the spa.

In addition, you have the option of enjoying the large heated swimming pool, which is part of the larger amusement area that is complete with pool tables and anything else you might need to enjoy your holiday.

Sand-Le-Mere
